Fabiola Vazquez
Lead Phlebotomist
Fabiola Vazquez is our Lead Phlebotomist. She is a certified California State licensed phlebotomist, responsible for collecting blood and other bodily fluids in accordance with hospital and laboratory policies, federal, state, and local regulations. In addition, she is responsible for labeling samples appropriately and logging all information related to tests performed and samples taken into the LabTest 360® database. In Fabiola’s down time, you will find her in the beautiful outdoors, mostly at a pretty park. She also enjoys quality time with her husband and son. Tamales and tacos are Fabiola’s favorite go to cuisine and her life philosophy is “self belief and hard work will always earn you success”.
